Job Description POSITION AVAILABLE:Reading Specialist (Grade K-3 Focus); Fort Miami Elementary JOB STATUS:Full-Time MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: State of Ohio teaching certificate/license with demonstrated expertise in reading instruction (Reading Endorsement or Master's in Reading preferred). In-depth knowledge of ODEW's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. Success in providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 literacy interventions (preferred) Skill in supporting teacher teams through coaching, modeling, professional development, and collaboration.
