Job Description Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services for preventative and interventive purposes in the school setting, under the supervision of a certified BCBA. The Behavior Specialist with appropriate training will design, implement and interpret the results of behavioral interventions. Working with the BCBA, the Behavior Specialist provides professional development to paraprofessional staff to carry out interventions. Additional Requirements: Bachelors degree in related field Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification preferred At least 2 years related experience Principle Responsibilities: Develop/assist with individual behavior management programs for students in the classroom, home and or inclusion setting.
