Job Description Position Overview The position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software systems across the District. The role provides technical support both on-site and remotely, troubleshooting a wide range of computer issues and ensuring the smooth operation of network equipment and peripheral devices. This position supports staff by configuring and maintaining technology needed for effective day-to-day operations, while also performing preventive maintenance and upgrades to maintain system reliability and security.
