Job Description Reports To: Satellite Manager and Director of Food Service Work Schedule: Summary The Food Service Satellite Tech 3 is responsible for all food preparation and service in the school kitchen and the operation of the cafeteria. Performs on-site cooking/reheating of entrees and sides. Maintains kitchen in a safe and sanitary condition, practices excellent customer service, and is responsible for understanding federal and state procedures for claiming meals, including operation of the point of sale system. Provides instruction and training to other food service employees.
