Job Description Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Working closely and in direct collaboration with the respective teachers to provide counseling and behavior management to increase academic success. Provide social skills training for students in classrooms. Assist in crises either with CPI and/or referrals to mental health agencies for screening. Assists the teacher in conducting behavior analyses. Develop and update Behavior Support Plans. Assist in completion of a determination of a Propensity for Violence Risk Analyses for students.
