Job Description Position: Great Start Readiness Preschool PreK Teacher Qualifications: 1. Valid Michigan teaching certificate and an Early Childhood Education (ZA) or Early Childhood-General and Special Education (ZS) endorsement, Birth-K, or PK-3 endorsement; OR Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development 2. Alignment with Thornapple Kellogg School's mission and values. 3. CPR and First Aid certified 4. Ability to take a leadership role in the classroom and possess flexibility and patience. 5. Ability to plan and execute early childhood curriculum, experience with HighScope and Conscious Discipline preferred. 6.
