Job Description Position: Secondary School Counselor (grant-funded position) Purpose: The School Counselor provides a comprehensive, developmental counseling program that supports students' academic achievement, career planning, and social/emotional well-being. The counselor collaborates with staff, families, and community resources to ensure all students have equitable access to opportunities and support systems needed for success.
