Job Description TITLE: Director of Early Childhood Services REPORTS TO: Superintendent of Schools or Designee TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary range for the Pre-Primary Center Director is $73,506-$97,763 (no Administrator Certification) and $90,812-$120,779 (with Administrator Certification). This is a 240-day, full-time position. START DATE: This position is expected to begin as early as June 1, 2026 and no later than July 1, 2026 INTRODUCTION: Midland Public Schools Come join Midland Public Schools as our next Director of Early Childhood Services at the Carpenter Pre-Primary Center.
