Job Description Summary Description: The Maintenance/Grounds Technician is responsible for maintaining school buildings and grounds in a condition of operating excellence to ensure the full educational use of district facilities. This position requires a broad range of skills to support safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated skills and knowledge in a majority of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, computerized building management systems, and landscape maintenance.
