Job Description Summary of Position: Milton Academy is seeking a Lower School Counselor starting in August 2026. The Lower School Counselor will support students' ability to learn and teachers' ability to teach by promoting mental health, learning, and prosocial behavior. They work with families, educators, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments. The Lower School Counselor has strong knowledge of mental health and child development and, in collaboration with the Learning Resource Team, is responsible for facilitating student support services in the Lower School.
