Job Description Summary of Position: Milton Academy is seeking a full-time Upper Elementary Teacher for Grade 3 or 5 in the Lower School starting August 2026. This role includes leading a class of 13-16 students while working in close partnership with a grade-level colleague to support a cohort of 26-32 children. Teachers are responsible for core instruction in language arts, math, science, and social studies, while students attend specialist-led classes in Music and Performing Arts, Art and Design, Physical Education, Computer Science and Technology, Spanish, and Environmental Science. Base Salary: For the 2026-27 academic year, faculty salaries range from $50,000 to $120,000 annually.
