Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The OCS Transition Specialist provides district-level leadership and oversight for the Occupational Course of Study (OCS) program with a focus on transition planning, curriculum implementation, community-based instruction, and postsecondary readiness for students with disabilities. This position supports high schools through professional development, IEP team guidance, partnership development, and coordination of student transition activities to ensure compliance with state requirements and high-quality outcomes for students enrolled in the OCS pathway.
