Job Description Job Summary: The Middle School Math Interventionist provides targeted instructional support to students in grades 6-8 who are performing below grade level in mathematics. This role is dedicated to closing achievement gaps by using data-driven interventions and working closely with classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and parents to support student success. Key Responsibilities: Provide small-group and one-on-one math instruction to students who need additional support. Use assessment data to identify students in need of intervention and monitor progress. Design and implement individualized and small-group math intervention plans.
