Job Description Overview: The Dean of Students gives leadership to and is responsible for situations related to student discipline and student attendance, providing a climate in the school that is conducive to learning. The Dean of Students reports directly to the Principal and Assistant Principal and works in cooperation with other administrators who comprise the district Leadership Team.
