Job Description Christian Academy School System Position: Elementary Principal Indiana Campus Job Description Scope The Principal is to focus on pointing students to Christ on a daily basis through the positive advising and directing of the Christian Academy Elementary School faculty and staff. Using our mission statement, to develop students with a heart for God who grow as Jesus did in wisdom, stature, and in favor with God and men, the Principal will encourage, exhort, and lead joyfully. This shall be carried out within the parameters set by the Christian Academy Board of Directors and in a manner that creates a positive learning atmosphere for all students.
