Job Description Job Title: High School Building Secretary/Pupil Services (8 hrs per day, 5 days per week) The approximate hours for this position will be Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.(226 days worked plus 13 paid holidays) The salary minimum is $17.14 per hour. Job Description: Perform secretarial duties for the high school office. Prepare and maintain student records. Maintain daily attendance (track absences, send letters, notify parents, etc.) Recognize each contact with the public as an opportunity to promote a positive impression of the school district.
