Job Description The On-Site Learning Coordinator at Uncommon will be a part of the High School Dean of Students Dean team working to ensure that all students demonstrate dramatic student achievement gains and internalize the school's values. This individual will be responsible for specific culture initiatives and discipline systems for our off-site learning program as assigned by school leadership to help create a positive, structured, consistent, caring, and disciplined school culture.
