Job Description C-TEC of Licking County is looking to hire a Diesel and Power Equipment Mechanics Instructor for the Secondary Center Ability to plan and develop an instructional program in the Medium/Heavy Truck content area. Knowledge of Medium/Heavy Truck Brakes, Diesel Engines, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Steering & Suspension, and Inspection Maintenance & Minor Repair. Strong communication skills and the ability to both manage students and inspire students to learn, innovate, and create are essential. Valid Licensure by the Ohio Department of Education in Medium/Heavy Truck [171200] OR High School Diploma AND a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Medium/Heavy Truck field. ASE instructor certification preferred, ability to obtain if needed required. Experience with ASE Program Certification desirable.
