Job Description Title: Social Worker-District Wide Classification: Grade 9 Reports to: Director of Student Services FLSA Status: Exempt Effective Date: 02/09/2026 Union Status: N/A Summary The District Social Worker (PK-12) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of Special Education Teachers, School Counselors, School Psychologists, Administrators, and other educational professionals serving students in grades Pre-K through 12. Students across the district may present with a wide range of strengths, needs, and learning profiles. These may include, but are not limited to, Other Health Impairment, Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional and behavioral needs, and other mental health concerns.
