Job Description Job Summary Position is responsible for providing a variety of skilled work relating to the installation, operation, preventative maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Position also requires supervisory skills to manage both personnel and equipment to provide adequate environmental control of all facilities within Newport News Public Schools.
