Job Description Position Overview: Wellan Montessori School is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join our preschool and Kindergarten programs (ages 3 - 6 years). This is a full-time position covering a maternity leave, scheduled to begin in the Fall and likely to run through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. A lead Early Childhood Montessori teacher oversees all aspects of the classroom operation, including planning/implementing curriculum and communicating with families, while working with a co-teacher to ensure classroom standards are met consistently.
