Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: SECEP is looking for a full-time Teacher Specialist to provide instructional and behavioral support to classrooms in the form of staff training, classroom observations, consultation with classroom teams, and direct work with students and staff. This position is responsible for assisting the principal with supervision of teachers and classroom staff by providing the principal with supervisory feedback on the performance of teachers and other classroom staff aligned to each position's appraisal standards. This position is responsible for providing instructional leadership, academic supports, and behavioral supports to the classroom staff and students assigned by the principal.
