Job Description Description: 2022-2023 School Secretary Attendance/SIS OP Job Summary: Ensure accuracy of data for reporting purposes. Submit data to district and State Department of Education (SDE) for state and federal funding. Create validation, integrity and response reports as needed. Generate comparison reports between SMS and ADE data. Work as liaison between schools, district office and SDE as appropriate. Provide technical support to school staff as needed. Resolve all state reporting issues with district sites. Monitor and ensure that student membership attendance and categorizations are accomplished in a timely manner and within state deadlines. Direct the establishment, maintenance and support of the district's student information and ensure that membership and attendance data is entered promptly and according to state requirements.
