Job Description NORTH CANTON CITY SCHOOLS Certificated Personnel Job Posting Consistent with the Agreement between the North Canton City Schools Board of Education and the North Canton Education Association, the following position is being posted for the period from July 7 - 14, 2026, or until filled. Reading Specialist Contract Type: Individual Small Group Instructor (ISGI) Part-time (5 hours per day) Building: North Canton Intermediate School Effective Dates: 2026-2027 School Year The main task will be to provide small group reading instruction and intervention in a small group setting Should be knowledgeable of and have experience in diagnosing reading deficits and administering progress monitoring assessments Required Licensure: Candidates must have at least one of the following certifications: PreK-12 or K-12 Reading Endorsement Elementary (K-8) or (1-8) Primary (PreK-5)
