Administrative Assistant - District Special Services Department Starting Date: On or near October 5, 2026 Rate of Pay: Per District Secretary Salary Schedule Hours to be worked: 8 hours/260 days Contract Type: Classified Exempt Minimum Requirements: Cl. Jd. 207 Preferred Skills/Experience: Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Excel Work experience in Special Services or EMIS Knowledge of IEP, ETR, and 504 EMIS reporting and processing Knowledge of special education student records, including transfers and withdrawals Knowledge of the Autism and Jon Peterson Scholarships Knowledge of SameGoal accounts
