Job Description Squamscott River Academy Job Description: Special Education Teacher - Part-time | 20hrs weekly | Monday - Friday 7:30a - 11:30a with some flexibility Reports To: Director of Academics Position located in North Hampton, New Hampshire Salary from $45,000+ based on experience and qualifications. The Special Education Teacher will work closely with the whole school team to ensure the safety and well-being of the students while they participate in the academic program. The teacher will facilitate classes during the 8 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday workday. Academic program is year-round, and the teacher will work the calendar year with the exception of several vacation periods. They are responsible for generating lesson plans to instruct their students in areas of need per IEP goals and/or core content area, as well as other assigned subject areas.
