Job Description OOB/Saco Adult Education Title: Adult Education Administrative Assistant Reports to: Program Director and/or Office Manager Job Goal: To provide administrative support for Adult Education enrichment/vocational programs. Terms of Employment: This is a full-time, year-round, position consisting of 40 hours/week at a rate of $20.00 - 21.00/hr. Benefits include individual/single health, eye, and dental coverage; retirement savings options; and paid vacation. The employee may attend one free course per semester, not to exceed $150 per course/semester. Excellent communication and organizational skills, computer experience, and customer service experience are essential. Knowledge of the FileMaker Pro database and Mac computer use is a bonus.
