Job Description The Assistant Principal provides support and leadership to the staff and students of Clay HS by working collaboratively with the building principal and other building/district leaders. Job Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •Ohio Certificate/License Appropriate to Administrative Assignment •Strong high school curriculum background •Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all staff •Educational Technology Integration •Understanding of online learning environments •Data driven decision making •Coordination/administration of standardized tests •Knowledge of the RTI process •Understanding of CCP requirements/regulations •Teacher evaluation (OTES credentialed evaluator) •Career oriented advising • Valid driver's license
