Job Description Title Code: Lead Assistant Driver: Mail Services JOB SUMMARY Receives, processes, and delivers US, interoffice, courier mail, and freight to the Central Office and to all Administrative Satellite Offices. Trains and instructs new drivers on the delivery of incoming mail and parcels to Schools and Satellite Offices in specific mail routes throughout Anne Arundel County. Provides general oversight and guidance to the mail drivers. Additional Work Days/Hours Based on the assignment, the following additional work days and/or hours may be required as needed: Summer hours ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Delivers and picks up mail and parcels to and from Satellite Offices. Receives, sorts, and delivers all incoming mail and freight throughout the Central Office. Picks up incoming bulk mail from the Annapolis Post Office.
