Job Description Title Code: Ops Director: Planning Design & Construction JOB SUMMARY Directs the planning, development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of the school system's facilities planning, design, and construction programs. Prepares staff recommendations on capital budgets and advises the Director of Facilities, Chief Operating Officer, Superintendent, and Board of Education on the viability of individual projects; provides information regarding planned projects and projects under design and construction to the Board of Education, Superintendent and staff, County Council, county administration, students, parents, and public.
