Job Description Title Code: Apprentice I: Operations JOB SUMMARY The three-year Apprenticeship Program gives motivated employees an opportunity for supervised on-the-job training in a wide variety of work including preventive maintenance, plumbing, electric, HVAC/controls, and general maintenance. The goal for this Program is to better prepare our employees for leadership roles within schools. As a grade 7, the Apprentice will participate in work assignment rotations every 4 months for a two-year period between Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance, and School-based facilities.
