Job Description Qualifications: Must hold New Jersey Biology and Bilingual Bicultural Education (in Spanish) certificates Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning. Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction Experience working with high school students Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
