Job Description The School Nurse supports student health and well-being through proactive medical care, prevention, and education. This role includes conducting health assessments, managing chronic and acute conditions, and coordinating care with families, school staff, and outside providers. School Nurses support improved student outcomes, and contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment. In alignment with District goal to ensure that the needs of the whole child (social, emotional, academic and physical) are met.
