Job Description Qualifications: Must hold New Jersey teacher certificates in P-3 and Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped. Possess interpersonal skills with students, staff, parents & community. Experience teaching preschool students with special needs. Diagnose student strengths and weaknesses and match these skills with appropriate techniques and materials. Mastery of pedagogical and subject matter skills. Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing standards-based instruction.
