Job Description Reports To: CTC Principal Location: Charles River Labs 54943 N Main St Mattawan, MI Start Date: August 17, 2026 Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 2:45 pm Job Goals: The primary goal of the TWP Program Assistant is to work with the classroom teacher in carrying out the instructional programming for students in alignment with student IEPs. TWP is an intensive employment skill building program and students are expected to follow employment expectations of Charles River Labs in Mattawan, MI. Students engage in work rotations in a variety of departments at Charles River. The program assistant role in the Transition to Work Program primarily consists of Job Coaching responsibilities. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma Required. Work Experience: Previous experience with adults or high school students with disabilities.
