Job Description TITLE: Special Education Teacher - Transition Specialist (2026-2027) REPORTS TO: Director of Special Education and High School Principal QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Special Education Moderate Special Needs 5-12 Required, Transition Specialist Endorsement preferred.
