Job Description School Nurse Start Date: 08/06/26 Qualifications: Hold a current Alabama License for Associate Degree in nursing (ADN), Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN), or Practical Nursing (LPN). Clinical nursing experience with school age children in the hospital, community health or pediatric clinic desired. Clinical nursing skills necessary to provide safe care to students with special health care needs. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with administration, nursing supervisor, faculty, parents and students. Ability to demonstrate complete, accurate and timely documentation of health services rendered. Possess current CPR certification.
