Job Description Position: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor Pay: Per Negotiated Contract Reports to: Director of Buildings & Grounds Contract: 261 days Overtime: Eligible JOB GOAL: To support the District's Instructional Program by ensuring that the building is clean and that the building operates as efficiently and economically as possible. QUALIFICATIONS: A. Experience in good building and grounds maintenance including but not limited to: Plumbing Electrical H.VA.C., (hot water, steam, forced air) Carpentry Good general knowledge of most building mechanics and repairs Good general knowledge of all equipment repairs (tractors, lifts, mowers, cleaning equipment, etc.) Ability to utilize resources available, both personnel and mechanical.
