Job Description Title: 7.12 Maintenance/Grounds Specialist Level II - Reports to: Executive Director of Business Operations Evaluated by: Executive Director of Business Operations Employment Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Rate of Pay - $20.48 per hour - 8 hours a day, Monday thru Friday 260 day contract Job Objectives: Perform grounds and maintenance duties which relate to the school plant, school buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds. Accept the responsibility for the care, condition, appearance, repair or replacement of physical equipment, buildings, facilities and grounds as assigned. Essential Functions: 1. Takes the initiative to perform tasks independently. 2. Upholds board policies and follows administrative procedures. 3. Promotes a favorable image of the school district.
