Job Description Maintenance Position Reports to: Facilities Supervisor Location: Qualifications Required High School diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in building maintenance (preventive and corrective) operations or in a skilled trades. General working knowledge of building maintenance procedures and practices including electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, boilers, snow plowing, carpentry and roofing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and operating instructions. Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding, lift heavy (up to 100 lbs.) items and work in inclement weather. Ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, vendors, contractors, and community in a positive manner. Demonstrated record of good attendance.
