Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Student Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator is a full-time, classified, hourly employee who supports the district's student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, transition, and retention efforts under the direction of the Student Recruiting and Admissions Specialist. The Coordinator serves as a point of contact for prospective and current students, families, partner schools, and community members while coordinating recruitment events, processing applications, maintaining enrollment records, and supporting student transitions. The Coordinator also supports student retention by proactively identifying and addressing concerns that may impact a student's success at Tolles, connecting students with appropriate resources, coordinating follow-up, and collaborating closely with Tolles and partner-school counselors.
