Job Description POSITION: Part-Time Food Service Worker LOCATION: Plymouth Whitemarsh High School (initial assignment-potential to work at other district buildings as needed) HOURS: Monday through Friday; part-time-9:00 to 1:45, but could fluctuate slightly based on school lunch SALARY: New employees: $19.00/hr ($18.50 x first 60 working days) Current employees: per bargaining agreement AVAILABILITY: August 17, 2026 QUALIFICATIONS: The ability to deal with students, faculty, parents, and staff in a courteous, professional manner The ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in faced paced environment The ability to accurately handle and record cash transactions Excellent customer service a must Knowledge of food safety preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals, including the use of commercial ovens and related equipment.
