Job Description Mary C. Dondero Elementary School is looking for a Math Specialist to join our team in supporting the continued growth of students and teachers in our K-5 school. The 3-5 Math Specialist will work to support quality classroom math instruction and will also provide targeted, small-group and individual instruction for students who demonstrate a need for additional support. In this role, the Math Specialist will collaborate with teachers and other colleagues through our PLC process, discussing and analyzing data to determine individual student strengths and needs, and evaluating instructional strategies to continually improve our effectiveness.
