Job Description Full time contractual position beginning the first day of the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will teach Art to assigned students in grades 9-12. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Pennsylvania teaching certificate appropriate for the teaching assignment. Have good physical health and positive attitude. Prior teaching experience while not required may be preferred. An understanding of the latest instructional strategies in academic areas. Command of the basic skills and knowledge required for the teaching assignment. Awareness of the need of children for a sense of worth and dignity, understanding and direction. Ability to plan, organize and implement meaningful learning experiences for children. Ability to work cooperatively with principals, coordinators, other staff members and parents.
