Job Description Personnel member who supports the school in building the internal capacity to implement and sustain MTSS practices, including behavior and academic interventions, and coordinates the Roxboro Community School (RCS) 504, EL, and AIG programs. The Coordinator works with all staff to provide support for special populations of students to realize their full potential. Essential Job Functions: The Coordinator will: Continue to monitor and refine MTSS practices to ensure alignment with best practices, student needs, state law, and federal requirements. Support MTSS implementation by working with RCS's Academic Coach to provide evidence-based professional development.
