The Kitchen Equipment Manager is assigned to communities in the district. The job functions include performing comprehensive diagnosis and repair of all Rowan-Salisbury Schools cafeteria equipment involving the skills of two or more maintenance and/or craft occupations to keep all kitchen equipment, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the kitchens in good operating order, customer service; program regulations and accountability; equipment use and care; and professional excellence.
