Job Description Provide vocational training and instruction to young adults with complex language, learning, and cognitive disabilities. Essential Job Functions: •Provide instruction of vocational skills •Engage in on-the-job training in a variety of industries and occupations •Adapt job skill training to meet the individual needs of students •Collaborate and communicate with community partners to facilitate a mutually beneficial partnership •Collect individual student data weekly •Report on student progress quarterly •Other duties as assigned Candidate Requirements: •Experience working with students with learning and intellectual disabilities •Willingness to engage in professional development to gain the knowledge necessary to effectively work with the Riverview student profile •Demonstrate an understanding of the School mission and adhere to all policies and procedures. •Related experience (experience in an independent school environment preferred) •Strong...
