Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION : This position processes and maintains invoices, resolves discrepancies, ensures compliance with district policies, and maintains and supports accurate and timely vendor payments and financial reporting. REPORTS TO : Disbursements Manager, Accounts Payable SALARY SCHEDULE : 106 WORK DAYS : 250 REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience Required: High School diploma, or equivalent. Three (3) years of Accounts Payable related work experience with a record of responsibility and efficiency. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
