Job Description The Summer Learning Program will inspire students with meaningful learning experiences and engaging activities. Summer Learning Program will be in-person with criteria for attendance (4 days a week). Orientation for staff will be May 28 - 29, 2026. The first day with students is June 1, 2026 from 7:00am to 2:00pm. A holiday for all staff and students is scheduled for June 19, 2026 and program end date is scheduled for June 26, 2026. Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Portfolio Manager serves as both the project manager and facility manager for a defined portfolio of facilities (schools, administrative buildings, and athletic complexes) within the Capital Programs & Maintenance (CP&M) division. This position is responsible for managing multiple, multi-million-dollar capital projects; supervising Facility Coordinators; coordinating maintenance, custodial, and operational activities; and ensuring responsive, high-quality service to principals and school communities. The Portfolio Manager is the primary liaison between school leadership and CP&M, responsible for aligning day-to-day operations with long-range facility needs and district priorities.
