Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Portfolio Manager serves as both the project manager and facility manager for a defined portfolio of facilities (schools, administrative buildings, and athletic complexes) within the Capital Programs & Maintenance (CP&M) division. This position is responsible for managing multiple, multi-million-dollar capital projects; supervising Facility Coordinators; coordinating maintenance, custodial, and operational activities; and ensuring responsive, high-quality service to principals and school communities. The Portfolio Manager is the primary liaison between school leadership and CP&M, responsible for aligning day-to-day operations with long-range facility needs and district priorities.
